The Frisian Meeting Place

The Frisian Meeting Place is for sharing Frisian genealogy, Frisian history, and Frisian language in order to preserve the ancient traditions of the freedom-loving Frisians, who have been a unique people since the days of the ancient Romans.

This section was inspired by an essay written by my Beppe Visser about her experience in leaving Friesland and coming to Canada in 1954. Read stories by fellow i-Frieslanders and then submit your own! All manner of tales welcome: family histories, travels to Friesland, your memories, or even fiction.
