Dutch Cheese Making - There are around 70 million Friesian dairy cattle in The Netherlands, and the tiny country is the largest exporter of cheese, butter, and milk in the world! This site is not specifically Frisian, but shows the traditional art of cheesemaking.

Tourism

Dairy farm camping Sotterum - Why not see Friesland for yourself? The Tjeerdema family offer camping/bed and breakfast facilities on their farm between Makkum and the 'Afsluitdijk'.
Friesland Holland - Tourism Information Service - This site claims to have 1001 suggestions for things to do when visiting Friesland.

Wadlopen - An account of the peculiarly Frisian past-time of mud-walking, in which tens of thousands of tourists participate every year... basically walking across mud flats to the Frisian islands during low-tide.
